Hello everyone! I hope life’s treating you well!

KENYE’S QUESTIONS:

1 A quote that inspired you..

” Things we lose have a way of coming back to us in the end. If not always in the ways we expect”.

This is one quote from the Harry Potter franchise helps me to be courageous and hopeful whenever life surprises me with an arduous challenge or hurdle. It is one of my favorite quotes. You guys can check out the entire list of my favorite quotes here.

2. A song that lifts your mood…

Haha! The answer to this question can change every week! Currently it is an old Hindi song that goes by the name of Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh. I have provided a link for all my readers who haven’t had a chance to listen to this song, please take my advise, just listen to it. I am sure you won’t be able to stop yourself from falling for the melodious tunes and soothing background score.

3What motivates you to write or to blog?

There are so many things, I might need to write another blog post enlisting them!

An issue I feel strongly about, a blogger’s experimental innovation with writing, my readers’ appreciation and criticism, something that happened with me which I want to share, a good book worth reading, or even the cute antics of my pets that motivate me to think out of the box ,anything can pique my interest to curate my thoughts and post a blog about the same.

4.One thing you would love to try your hand at…

Dancing! Although I an extremely bad dancer (oops I let out a secret), I would love to try my luck at aerial dancing. The dancers look so graceful playing around in the air and charming the audience with their spectacular moves.

5. One advice you would like to share with everyone, from your blogging experience.

There are two advices that I want to share with my readers:

1) Never be ashamed or embarrassed or hesitant about anything you want to write about in your blog post. Write you heart out. The number of likes and comments are no parameters to judge how good you are. And always keep experimenting with new ideas, new themes, new styles to avoid writing creatively static posts.

2) Never compare your blogging journey with others. Everyone has their own pace. Just enjoy the journey without worrying much about the destination.

MY QUESTIONS:

  1. Is there a cheesy movie you secretly love to watch?
  2. What is the funniest thing you have seen a stranger do?
  3. What would you choose; an act of chivalry with your favorite hero or a chance to read the personal diary of your most loved villain?
  4. Which is the one thing (item) you never share with anyone?
  5. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you come across an amazing blog?
  6. Which is your spirit comic character?
  7. How would you describe your blogging journey so far in three words?

MY NOMINEES:

Anna’s Book Nook

Camino Milagro

Don’t Let The Days Go By

Hot Shot Headlines

My Stories

  1. Oh my God, I heard that song on a show and gone out to look for translation but it didn’t make sense. 😢😢 could you please translate it for me. I’ve wanted to know the meaning for so long.

    1. Hi Sia!
It is a beautiful song how strange the journey of love is,sans any definite beggining or end, that is incomprehensible to even to greatest minds.
The later paragraphs narrate the conversation between the two lovers about how she is happy for him as he has married someone else, yet she will always remember and long for her love.
I hope I could help you. I tried hard to bring in the jist of the entire song.☺

  3. I’ll publish the questions in my blog when I get to a natural stopping point in the story and take a break (it might be a few months). But here are my answers. I’m going to answer as an adult, because most of the great answers I can think of happened after 1995.
Is there a cheesy movie you secretly love to watch?
It’s not a secret, I don’t really make secrets of cheesy movies I love, but… Orange County. In 2002, when this movie was new, I passed up a chance to see it on the big screen with someone I knew. The ads I’d seen made it look like just another dumb teen stoner flick; I was 25 and felt like I had outgrown that kind of comedy. A few months later, when it was first released on DVD, my brother, who was 20 and loved all those dumb comedies, asked me to watch it with him when I was visiting my family back home. I instantly fell in love with the movie. The teen stoner culture is just the backdrop; it’s really a very relatable story about a confused kid who can’t wait to break free from his dysfunctional family and hometown, but learns some important things about life along the way.
What is the funniest thing you have seen a stranger do?
Stranger 1: (checks to make sure his phone keypad is locked)
Stranger 2: Dude, why do you always make sure to lock your phone? Do you butt-dial people a lot?
Stranger 1: Last week I butt-ordered something off Amazon.
Stranger 2: (laughs) What did you order?
Stranger 1: A One Direction CD.
What would you choose; an act of chivalry with your favorite hero or a chance to read the personal diary of your most loved villain?
Both would be intriguing, but I’m going to go with hero. Reading the thoughts of a villain would be too dark.
Which is the one thing (item) you never share with anyone?
    Underwear.
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you come across an amazing blog?
I wonder if the author is as cool in real life as the blog is.
Which is your spirit comic character?
Superman, because people say I look like him.
How would you describe your blogging journey so far in three words?
    Introspective, nostalgic, friendly.
